Warranty Policy

LyndaKids is operated by ARDITI DESIGN INC.
1. Warranty Coverage
LyndaKids provides a one-year limited warranty on its furniture products for residential, non-commercial use.
The warranty begins on the verified delivery date and covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that arise under normal residential use during the warranty period.
2. What Is Covered
Subject to the terms of this policy, covered issues may include:
- structural defects involving frames or joints
- workmanship-related defects in assembly or finishing
- malfunctioning factory-supplied hardware or mechanical components
- manufacturing defects involving upholstery stitching or seams
Coverage applies only when the issue results from a manufacturing or workmanship defect rather than normal use, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage, including stains, cuts, scratches, or burns
- misuse, abuse, or neglect
- damage resulting from improper cleaning products or harsh chemicals
- normal variations in materials, grain, texture, or color
- damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations
- damage caused by improper use or non-residential/commercial use
- damage resulting from external events such as fire, flood, or similar environmental causes
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please include:
- your order number or proof of purchase
- the delivery date
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the affected area when possible
Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
5. Warranty Remedies
After reviewing an eligible warranty claim, LyndaKids may, depending on the nature of the issue:
- repair the affected item
- provide replacement parts
- replace the affected item when appropriate
If an identical replacement is unavailable, another reasonable resolution may be offered.
6. Additional Terms
This warranty:
- applies to the original purchaser
- is non-transferable
- does not restart or extend after a repair or replacement
- applies in addition to rights that may exist under applicable consumer law
Shipping or transportation associated with a warranty claim will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the approved claim.
